HR Onboarding Cleaner Guide
The employee onboarding process is a introduction for new employees to get to know their SKG Services and to upload digital onboarding documentation.
They’ll receive an email as below for them to complete onboarding by filling personal details and upload required files (all listed in the email).
The 5-step Form
Step 1: Personal Details and Australian work right
Step 2: Qualifications, Skills and Police check
Step 3: Medical information
Step 4: Bank and Super Details
Nominate your own Superannuation fund by selecting the first option “The APRA fund or retirement savings account (RSA). Once selected choose your Super fund and member no.
If you don’t have a Superannuation fund, then choose “The super fund nominated by my employer”.
Step 5: Documents to read and Safety Induction Questions
After the form is completed, the HR/Admin will review the details and validate the documents before creating a schedule for the employee. Once the schedule is created, employee will recive an email for them to accept the offer.
In this step, they’ll need to read through the following documents and sign for each to confirm the agreement.
- Letter of engagement
- Schedule
- Handbook
Once all these documents are reviewed and signed, the onboarding process is completed.
