The use of subcontractors is limited to special cleaning projects following proper engagement under the CM3 pre-qualification and client prior approval.

SKG completes all projects in-house with our directly employed team, ensuring complete quality control, safety, and accountability across every site. Contractors are only used when declared and approved for specific, short-term tasks and projects that require specialist expertise.

SKG does not outsource the tendering process. All the SKG tenders are prepared and completed in-house. Our experienced tender and operations teams manage the entire process internally to ensure precision, compliance, and a seamless client experience from submission to delivery. All works are planned and costed so they can be provided by our competent in-house teams.

SKG ensures quality and consistency nationwide through our proven systems, processes and proprietary technology platform, SKGenius. This in-house developed system manages everything from staff onboarding and training to client bookings, compliance tracking and reporting ensuring every project meets our high standards.
